Beginner
learn the basics and start your practice with an understanding of the principles of alignment, support and sequencing of the poses.

Continuing
develop a complete practice and build your understanding and experience of yoga through the application of 12 themes: daily practice, hip openers, spinal flexibility, abdominals, back bends, standing poses, forward bends, neck & shoulders, balance & inversions, classical poses, vinyasa, seated poses and twists.

Deeper
after practicing at least a year and experiencing the full range of a basic practice (the 12 themes), deepen your practice through this class designed to lead you to the next step inside. Minimum one year of SvaroopaŽ yoga practice required and a regular personal practice.

Gentle
go a little slower and carefully w/ poses and variations that support a gradual opening. This level is recommended for those in chronic pain, back problems, recovering from injury or illness. SvaroopaŽ yoga's compassionate approach to the body is deeply healing and helps the body develop resilience and ease.
