Yoga and Meditation ----a morning of inner reflection----

All the practices that we call yoga - the poses, the breathing, contemplations and meditations - are for the purpose of quieting the mind. You have noticed this at the end of a class or even after a short period of ujjayi pranayama. One of the most immediate effects of yoga is to feel calmer and more centered.
This class will help you understand how the poses support meditation, and establish a comfortable sitting posture. We will spend the first part in asana and pranayama, followed by guidelines and instructions for meditation.
