Yoga is the stilling of the modifications of the mind.

IIn the moment that the mind becomes still, you experience the blissful nature of your True Self.

When the mind is quiet, a deeper knowing arises from the inside.  When the mind is quiet, there is the experience of connection to a reality greater than the small mind can perceive.  When the mind is quiet, you experience the purity of your own divine nature.

 

Your Own Self is Consciousness Itself!

Consciousness is the primordial essence of all that exists, including each individual person.  All of creation comes from this primordial essence.  The fabric of existence resides at your core.  This can be known within yourself through yoga. Your essence is divine.

 

The experience of consciousness within frees you from the limited constructs of the mind. This experience is joyful, expansive, playful and brings knowledge and contentment. A deep abiding peace brings you home to yourSelf.
